Urinary Tract Health
Heat/Damp in the Lower Burner: Defined by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as Damp/Heat because the area is inflamed and the urine is hot, turbid and often difficult to pass. Herbs that clear Heat and inflammation are combined with diuretics to pull out excess water, restoring flow and soothing the area. Declining “Essence” can also produce conditions such as diminished hearing, memory problems, thinning bones, graying hair, lower back weakness and achy knees. Many herbs also help harmonize Kidney energy, significantly improving conditions of incontinence.
Helpful herbs: Schisandra berry, Fennel seed, Poplar bark, Foxnut, Gravel root
Helpful Essential Oils: Juniper, Fennel, Cypress , Chamomile (German), Ledum (Greenland Moss)

Interestingly, I recently had one of these, and had much contemplation and spiritual awakening (as well as physical cleansing) at the same time! Amongst energetic therapies, and being careful with diet and drinking enough water; with herbs I had on-hand (many from my yard), and my pendulum, I created a formula that kicked it out in 2 1/2 days! The herbs? Well, they are on your very complete list! The only one I didn't see is Usnea - but Tea Tree would be similar. This is GREAT, I should have looked over this list two weeks ago (even if it didn't exist yet)! Thanks tons for your post, this will help so many people!
ReplyDeleteI would ordinarily only think of the Usnea for Lung issues, but you could very well add it to a protocol for Urinary issues. Thanks for your input and for sharing your experience. I'm glad you're feeling better, hopefully you won't need any of these Sisters again anytime too soon.
